Merchandise Confirmation:

Customers are required to confirm the correctness and good condition of all received merchandise.

Price Adjustments:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Final Sales and Special Orders:

All sales at Taps Depot are final Sales, and no cancellation, returns and exchanges are allowed after placing an order. Taps Depot cannot cancel special orders; full refunds are granted unless the order is canceled by the customer, in which case a 70%cancellation fee applies.

Non-Returnable Items: Mirrors and electronic products, such as lights, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Fragile Items and Shipments:

While customers are welcome to pick up fragile orders directly, if shipped by a courier company, Taps Depot is not responsible for damages during shipment, and customers must claim damages directly from the courier.

Restocking or order cancellation Fee for Items: Refunds, exchanges or any cancellation for stock items are subject to a 35% restocking fee, Even item have not picked up by customer.

Limited Delivery:

Delivery is restricted to the garage or front door only. Costs and Errors: Taps Depot does not cover any labor or installation costs, even in the case of customers receiving the wrong products accidentally.

Pickup Deadline:

All non-shipped products must be picked up within a month; after this period, Taps Depot assumes no responsibility. Special Orders Consideration:

Missing part or wrong item:

At Taps Depot, we strive to ensure that every customer receives the correct products in pristine condition. In the rare event that a customer discovers a missing part or receives the wrong product, we kindly request them to reach out directly to the manufacturer of the product. As an authorized sales dealership, Taps Depot operates within the parameters set by the manufacturer, and thus does not have direct access to individual parts or the ability to exchange products. However, we are committed to facilitating communication and assisting customers in connecting with the appropriate channels to resolve any issues swiftly and satisfactorily.

Estimate delivery time:

At Taps Depot, we rely on the estimated delivery times provided by the manufacturer’s product portal to give our customers a clear expectation of when their orders will arrive. However, it’s important to acknowledge that these estimates are subject to potential delays in the manufacturer’s shipping process. Should the estimated time of arrival (ETA) change due to factors beyond our control, such as delays in manufacturing or shipping, customers are not able to cancel their orders. In the event of a cancellation, a fee of up to 70 percent of the original order value may be charged to cover processing and handling costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate any unforeseen circumstances to ensure the timely delivery of your orders.
