    Many of our products are special order items sourced directly from manufacturers or distributors. These items may require 4–8 weeks (or longer) for delivery depending on brand availability.

  2. No Cancellation / No Refund

    All special order and non-stock items are final sale. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated. Large or fragile items (such as bathtubs, sinks, toilets, and vanities) may require freight shipping, and additional charges may apply.

  4. Inspection Upon Pickup or Delivery

    Customers must inspect items at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to ensure eligibility for claims with the carrier.

  5. Product Finish & Color Variations

    Actual product finishes and colors may vary slightly from website images due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

  6. Installation Responsibility

    We strongly recommend that customers do not schedule installers until all products have been received and inspected.
