• Opening a credit card dispute, chargeback, PayPal claim, or any payment dispute before the end of the stated estimated delivery period is considered a violation of our store policy.

• Customers must contact us directly regarding any concerns, delays, or refund requests before initiating a payment dispute. Chargebacks are intended as a last resort after reasonable efforts have been made to resolve the matter with the merchant.
