   Shipping charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated. Large or fragile items (such as bathtubs, sinks, toilets, and vanities) may require freight shipping, and additional charges may apply.

4. Inspection Upon Pickup or Delivery

   Customers must inspect items at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to ensure eligibility for claims with the carrier.

   Actual product finishes and colors may vary slightly from website images due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

6. Installation Responsibility

   We strongly recommend that customers do not schedule installers until all products have been received and inspected.
