Please read carefully before placing your order.

• This Fleurco shower base is considered a special order / non-stock item.

• Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 business weeks. All ETAs are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer production, warehouse processing, customs, or transportation delays beyond our control.

• All sales are final sale.

• No cancellation, no return, and no refund once the order has been placed.

• Any cancellation request after ordering may only be reviewed upon manager approval and, if approved, will be subject to a minimum 30% cancellation/restocking fee.

• By placing the order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all store policies, terms, and estimated lead times before purchase.

• Customers agree not to open or file any bank dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal regarding manufacturer lead times, special-order processing times, or policies clearly disclosed before purchase.

• If a dispute or chargeback is opened after the order is processed, shipped, or specially ordered from the manufacturer, the customer may remain responsible for all related damages, cancellation fees, restocking charges, shipping costs, legal expenses, and administrative fees.

• Shipping damages, if any, must be reported immediately upon delivery with full packaging photos and inspection evidence.
