Please read carefully before ordering. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.

SPECIAL ORDER / FINAL SALE
This is a Special Order / Non-Stock Item ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer or supplier. Once submitted, the order is FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or modified, except where required by applicable law.

A cancellation request is not an approved cancellation. If we agree, at our sole discretion, to accept a cancellation, a cancellation/restocking fee of up to 50% may apply based on manufacturer, freight, administrative, and other costs already incurred.

PRICE-MATCHED ORDERS
Any order receiving a price match or special price adjustment is FINAL SALE. It cannot be cancelled or returned. At our discretion, a price-matched order may be modified or exchanged for a different item of the same or greater value, subject to availability, manufacturer restrictions, and payment of any price difference and applicable costs.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY: 8–14 BUSINESS WEEKS
The estimated fulfillment timeframe is 8–14 business weeks and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Manufacturer schedules, inventory, freight, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will provide updated information regarding material delays when reasonably available.

PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS
Customers should contact us directly regarding any order concern. Opening a credit-card chargeback, PayPal claim, or other payment dispute does not constitute cancellation of a Special Order.

If a dispute is opened while the order remains within the disclosed fulfillment timeframe, we may provide the payment provider or financial institution with relevant evidence, including the product-page disclosures, estimated delivery timeframe, checkout acceptance, Terms and Conditions, supplier records, communications, invoices, shipping/tracking records, and proof of delivery or pickup.

Where permitted and operationally necessary, fulfillment or shipment may be temporarily placed on hold while a payment dispute is investigated or resolved. Such a hold does not constitute an approved cancellation. If the transaction remains valid, fulfillment will continue subject to availability and updated delivery information.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law or applicable payment-provider/card-issuer rules.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is not included unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges may be invoiced when the merchandise is ready, and payment may be required before release to the carrier.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase and accepting our Terms and Conditions at checkout, you acknowledge that you were informed of and accepted the item’s Special Order / Non-Stock status, Final Sale conditions, estimated 6–8 business week timeframe, and applicable shipping and payment terms.

Your checkout acceptance and related electronic records may be retained and provided as supporting documentation in connection with a payment dispute or chargeback.
