This item is a Special Order / Non-Stock Item (except standard White finish models) and is ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
All Special Order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or returned once the order has been placed.
Any cancellation request, if accepted at our sole discretion, may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 50% of the order value, depending on the manufacturer’s policies and costs incurred.
The estimated delivery time is 8–10 business weeks. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturer production schedules, transportation delays, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Opening a credit card chargeback, PayPal claim, or any payment dispute before the end of the estimated delivery period is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and Store Policy.
Customers must contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute. If a dispute is opened, we reserve the right to submit all order records, invoices, product page disclosures, email communications, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and any other supporting evidence to the payment processor or financial institution in defense of the transaction.
