* Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or returned.

* Any cancellation request submitted after the order is placed may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 60% of the order value, depending on the manufacturer’s policies and costs incurred.

* The estimated delivery time for this item is 4–6 business weeks. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturer production schedules, transportation delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

* Opening a credit card dispute, chargeback, PayPal claim, or any payment dispute before the end of the stated estimated delivery period is considered a violation of our store policy.

* Customers must contact us directly regarding any concerns, delays, or refund requests before initiating a payment dispute. Chargebacks are intended as a last resort after reasonable efforts have been made to resolve the matter with the merchant.
